Cancellations

• Clients: By accepting an event offer, clients acknowledge the cancellation terms. Canceling beyond the deadline results in forfeiture of the deposit or full payment, depending on the payment terms.

• DJs: DJs cannot cancel confirmed events. However, they may request clients to cancel under exceptional circumstances. If a DJ is a no-show or fails to meet the event offer terms, penalties include a fine of 50% of the event's total amount or deposit (whichever is higher) and account restrictions.
