Refunds

Refunds are governed by the terms outlined in the event offer. Clients canceling before the agreed-upon deadline are eligible for refunds as specified in the offer terms. DJs may grant refunds for cancellations beyond the deadline at their discretion. If a DJ commits to a refund due to unforeseen circumstances, DJfindr will oversee the process to ensure compliance.
